MiNGO Winemaker DinersIn true MiNGO style, we try and keep things simple, unpretentious and fun. We craft every menu to the specific wines of each winemaker and their region. We gather everyone around large tables and get started with a little MiNGO food and opening chat from the guest winemaker. As the evening progresses, everything seems to loosen up a bit: the winemaker sits at different tables to connect with people and answer questions; new wines and a variety of courses continue to arrive. At the end, the guests across from you, strangers at the start, are now great conversation partners, perhaps even new found friends. Usually it's the winemaker who begs off early after dessert.
