Cooking Classes: Spend a few hours in the kitchen with Chef Uhnak and Mat Bilodeau learning how our food is prepared. All hands on saute pans for this one: Chef gets you on the stove, prepping food, cutting meats and then sitting down to eat. Wine makes it a treat on Saturday afternoons.
*Please click on our wine series to see what we are pairing our food with this time. We aim to have about one wine dinner a month. It all depends on who we have visiting from Italy, and what local winemakers we can drag from their vines and into our restaurant. Please continue to check back and inquire next time you are in to eat! Thank you for making our events truly special. *News from the bar! Monica and Mat have found a way to blend their two favorite things: food and drink. They have created our house infusions. You may have noticed the large jars on the top shelf in the bar. They hold the "fruits" of our labor. Pun intended. Try a drink like our vanilla infused, espresso martini, made with fresh vanilla bean. Also most of our house drinks have one of our many infusions in it. Salute!
